Xin Zhao infinite Q cooldown reduction against Inhibitors and Nexus [GAMEPLAY]

Xin Zhao's [Q] ability causes his other abilities to be lowered by (1 second) per attack, for the next 3 auto attacks.

I was in a custom game messing around with the champion when I noticed that inhibitors and the Nexus do NOT consume the 3 auto attacks from his [Q]. However the cooldown on all of his other abilities was being reduced by 1 second every attack. Even beyond three. For the entire duration of the Q ability, Xin Zhao's abilities were being reduced by (1 second) per auto attack against inhibitors and the nexus without a 3 auto attack limitation. This was resulting it Xin Zhao potentially receiving 15 free seconds of Cooldowns (if at maximum attack speed).

1.) Auto Attack an inhibitor or Nexus 2.) Activate all your abiltiies (except [Q]) 3.) Activate [Q] 4.) Enormous cooldown reduction as the Q "charges" are never consumed against these structures.

This has happened every single time I tested it so I believe it is highly repeatable.
