Super Teemo's W no longer play the super hero notes [GAMEPLAY]

Super Teemo's W was just recently fixed, allowing him to fly again, but it no longer plays the super hereoish music notes upon pressing it. This is one of the very few additions the skin actually brings aside from model changes, so PLEASE add it back :)

To replicate the bug, start a game with Teemo selecting the Super Teemo Skin, level up w, and press it. You will see Teemo fly, but no musical notes are played.

It appears to occur every time.
