[CLIENT] Person leaves at Champ Select, game starts anyway.

The last game I played a player left during champ select and it was even accompanied by yellow text saying '[SummonerName] has left the room' but it didn't take us back into queue and the game started anyway despite the guy never loading at all. Needless to say it was a 4v5. I've never even seen that message appear in the lobby before.
