There is a Loading Game Problem Between Champion Select and Summoner Rift. Can anyone help? [Crash]

I am having the same issue where the game won't let me load anything. Get done with champion select and wham! It is completely black and tells me that I have an error. When I hit retry it repeats until it comes back to me and gives the same screen. I click cancel and goes back to the reconnect screen which tells me the game has crashed. I hate this because I have to quit the game, reload it, and then reconnect before it works and usually the game is already a minute or two into it. I am so sick and tired of this loading bug and the problems it has been giving me. I noticed it during the end of Patch 5.21 and it still continues to be a problem in 5.22.

Also, the games does seems to lag during that game, but I try my best to handle it. Usually, it seems like I'm behind by a second or two which is really annoying to handle as well as glitch e. Can someone please help me fix this issue?
