League client becomes non interactive after match ends

After a match ends, sometimes, the honor screen is shown twice after I've honored someone and after that the client becomes non interactive at the match summary screen except for the chat button. It's happened quite a few times till now but it happens randomly. I have to restart the client to re queue for a game again
