[CLIENT] Sometimes bans don't appear.

So, I've been playing quite a bit of 3v3 ranked flex, and I noticed that a lot of bans don't "go through", or don't appear in the client. It'll show the open slot for a ban even if a champion got banned.

This is happening on the current BETA client for League of Legends. Reproducing it is rather random, and I will upload screenshots the next time it happens.
