Ashe Hawkshot Visual Bug permanently Exposing Enemy Champions but not actually Revealing them

​Sometimes when Ashe uses Hawkshot on enemy champions, after the the duration of Expose has ended, the Expose icon permanently stays on enemy champions for the rest of the game.

After checking replay, Ashe is not able to see enemy champions the entire game but enemies will constantly think they are being revealed since the icon is still above their champion's head.
