I can not access the shop. Is this a bug everyone has?

Nearly a week ago I tried to access the shop and it turned to a black screen but when I clicked on my profile and back to the shop it worked fine, But now when I try with this new patch I cant access it at all. It this a permanent bug or should I just re install or hey, uninstall? Kappa. Can anyone give me some advice?
