Champ Select Freezing

Ever since yesterday, every time I get in champ select it randomly freezes at 0 sec and I am unable to ban/pick during my turn and it forces me to dodge.

Same, but I freeze when I hit accept. And get a match delay thing (forgot its name, the one that lasts 20 mins)

Mine freezes going INTO champ select, says reconnect, I get connected to the lobby for a few seconds, then the client closes.
