I bought Rugged Garen which it was 50% off and it took my RP as full price.
Do you know if this is just a "visual bug"? If not, can I get my RP back wihout a refund?

I took pictures as proof.

Did you try logging out/back in? That that correct your RP amount? If not, please submit a ticket so we can make any necessary corrections to your account.
