LOSING LP AND GETTING 30+ MINUTE WAIT TIMER CAUSE BAN PHASE IS BROKEN.

This is like the 5th time in the past 2 days (1st time playing ranked) that my client freezes during or after ban phase. I wouldn't be so fucking mad about it if it didn't make me lose LP and give me a 30 minute wait timer for something that WASN'T MY FUCKING FAULT!!! It never did this until I installed the new patch. I'm still able to talk in team chat and they can respond so i know its not the client crashing or freezing up, It's even on low spec mode so this should NOT be fucking happening.

Either during or after ban phase its like the whole character select screen freezes with no animations or anything. Then all of a sudden the timer starts counting down crazy fast and it shows everyone else pick and ban in fast-forward till it gets to me and then it makes me dodge. Sometimes i get lucky enough to actually pick before it freezes but then I still cant change masteries or runes or anything which makes me WISH it just fucking dodged instead.

Was thinking about buying 10$ so i can buy some shit on the worlds-discount shop but whats the fucking point if the client tilts me before the game even gets to start. All i know is you guys better reset my dodge counter so I don't get an hour long ban next time this fucking bullshit happens.
