Completed the first mission but missing icon

Completed 'Villains Rule!' mission but did not receive the new level summoner icon.

To start, complete the first mission Villains Rule! to unlock the event-exclusive New Level Icon and access to two mission lines: Game Start: Blitzcrank and Game Start: Veigar. Afterward, missions you play require equipping any of these Arcade icons to earn mission rewards:

EDIT: Guess everyone at RIOT HQ is watching the LC$ and this wont be fixed for a while. This happens EVERY time, when something is released during LC$ time.
