no noise shortly upon respawning

So i have noticed this for a while now, if i die and am spectating a team fight by holding my mouse over the position it is going on in the map when i re-spawn i cant hear any sound effects or champion lines in that team fight or anywhere quite frankly until i send the camera back to my character and move the camera over to the fight once more
