Anyone else having problems with Thresh?

About 75% of the time I hooked someone in my last match, I wasn't able to pull myself to them. I would press Q and nothing would happen, it screwed me over quite a few times. I was playing ranked and placements are really important, this needs to be fixed or Thresh needs to be disabled immediately.

Edit: Forgot to mention I was using the new Thresh skin. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or if it happens with any skin, but I figured I'd mention it.

Malzahars ult is broken too. It just goes on cool down 75% of the time.

His Q is very glitchy right now. If you hook a minion or monster you wont be able to attack for 1 second after the skill ends. (Very annoying when trying to hook a Cannon Minion for a last hit.)

I feel like i have to Hammer Q now versus just hitting it once to engage. It's weird.
