[CLIENT] Clubs ERROR "We ran into an error loading your clubs; try relogging to reload."

Since Dec. 2016 I have been unable to access my Clubs on my main PC and client. I still have the old client not the BETA. I was hoping this would be resolved in upcoming patches but this has persisted since the Pre-season 7.0 patch. We are now on patch 7.2 and I still cannot access or view my clubs.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
