@Riot Please Fix the Dynamic Que wait times.. Theres a glitch when somebody leaves champ select!!!!

If somebody leaves champ select you get placed in a 10 minute que before you get in champ select again.. but if you reset your client you will get a 2 minute que.. please fix this.. it takes 20 minutes to get in a game sometimes and not everybody has that time to waste on 1 game.. appreciate the help in advanced.
