Did Anyone Else Get a Reconnect Error and Not Have the Option to Get Back Into the Game?

Was playing a great game, scoreboard was close, we were having a huge 5v5 team fight, I ult in as Jarvan, and then BAM. "Attempting to recconnect." I alt+tabbed to check my internet which was fine. I exited out and relogged in and was brought to the home screen.

At the home screen, it was just usual. No reconnect button. Just the regular overlay and the "Play" button on the top left corner. I could just restart another game, but what happened to the PVP I was just playing? Has yet to show on my match history, but I'll update if it ever does.
