Zac's passive

I was playing a ranked game with Zac, the enemy team surrendered at the time " I was forming again" . Then in the victory screen my mouse disappeared .I pressed control+alt+ delete and my mouse appeared again but it was forced in a specific location No matter where I dragged it it would always return to that location.When I shut the lol Client everything was fixed. It is the 1st time I see this bug and I can not say for sure it was because of zac's passive but I felt like reporting it. I hope the information given will be helpful.

No its not because of Zac's passive, Don't know what it is called but its a bug in the OS rather than the game itself,

you can get this in anything else besides LoL(It happens rarely tho)
