I've been playing Zoe recently and found that whenever I use her Pool Party skin it doesn't give me the chroma I selected. I only own the Rainbow chroma so I can't tell if it's not working for every chroma. But every time I'm in champion select and I select on her chroma it will just load in as I picked it. But when I get into the game it's just the default chroma.
I own every chroma and I noticed the same problem however only the tip of her hair change now 
It's not that the chromas don't load. It's that the damn hair has this annoying, glowing, neon blue shade (brighter than the base skin blue) no matter what. Everything else changes as it should, though. Riot please.
yeah man, same problem here i main zoe and i have all skins on her even all chroma and no matter what chromai chose in the lobby it's same blue default in game it's annoying af i thought it's from my pc but i tried on my laptopand the same problem there i tried reinstalling the game.. same problem idk what to do man

Same with me, I think it's only affecting Zoe rn (to my knowledge). I own Neeko and her chromas are working out fine. [sg-soraka]
it does change the outfit but the hair stays the same across all chromas

Same here! I've tried almost every single chroma, sometimes you can see the VERY TIP of her hair change hue slightly but thats it. Its only a bug on zoe from what I've seen, my chromas on other champions work just fine. Imo pool party zoe is unplayable without a chroma, her best skin is her base skin and her other one looks like baby vomit and has horrid voice lines so ;w; i just want my chromas man
