[Client] Surrender vote without player input

I've been having a problem recently where when my team starts a surrender vote, a vote from me will be registered without any input (as far as I can remember the vote is always yes). Since this only happens when someone else starts the vote I'm not able to reproduce it on my own. It isn't every surrender vote. It might be related to having the shop open?
