Unable to connect to server

So last night, the night patch 9.5 came out, I was trying to practice in normal drafts, and I got this error after champion select. The error was "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game.". I tried using the hextech repair tool on my game and did a complete fresh reinstall, but that did not work. Is there a bug causing this issue, or is anyone else getting this issue. I am able to get into the main lobby and log in with my account and password, and I can do champion select process just fine, but right as it loads after champion select, I keep getting the error.
