Azir still badly broken

Ive played about 25ish games from his release to now, and he has always had his bugs. But this last game i had to stop useing my ultimate because it was only hurting my team and helping theirs. Three people walked threw it, one walked into the backside and got knocked threw to safety, and somewhere at the end of the game i couldn't even pass threw my own wall... He should be disabled till it ultimate is functional.
