ghostblade active broken

I played this game support pantheon. I got ghostblade and used it once or maybe twice but then it completely greyed out. It was completely unusable and no cooldown showed. I tried selling and undo thinking that might fix it. It lasted almost the entire game until I killed baron and then for whatever reason it became available again...
