Multiple factions chosen[CLIENT]

I have multiple faction missions when I should only be able to have one. This occurred by having the client open when the faction missions appeared and clicking on every single one saying I could start them all without giving a message of only picking one. Now it appears that I have all the mission lines available, when I shouldn't be able to have this. I tried relogging but it appears I still have them all.
