Lag spikes, and Dc's

In the past 3 days I've noticed at least 1-3 players in each game having lag issues including me. My ping would keep jumping between 500-1344 at the highest. My screen would then freeze and i would have to restart my computer because it wouldn't even let me quite the game it was that bad. I've talked to others in my games and they all have about the same lag spikes then Dc and some just don't/ can't come back it gets so bad. It's been happening in Aram, Normal, and ranked for me. I've lost about 5 games because of it, 2 of which even after restarting my screen would just keep freezing i couldn't do anything outside of fountain. By that i mean after logging back in my character looked like he never left the fountain when i could be trying to help my team. My screen would just freeze each time.
