Tahm Kench bug :/

I dont know if this has happened to anybody , but when im ulting somewhere with my friend on me , when i get there enemies take dmg? yea i know. we didnt have any sunfire capes or anything passive dmg. it did somewhere 200-300 when he was close to the ulti..
