Bugsplat and a loading screen that never ends?

Usually, when a game is loading in I'll tab out and watch a youtube video or something until I hear everyone spawning in. But after a while, when I go to check on the loading screen, it closes out and gives me a "bugsplat" message. Then it throws me back to the client and gives me the "reconnect" option, so I click it and start loading back in where I spend about 2 minutes at 100% in the loading screen with the small loading circle on the bottom right spinning away endlessly.
