Camera Lock Bug (Will Riot ever fix it?)

So, I don't know if anyone else has had this happen or not but, every so often, my camera will get stuck in the "Locked" mode. No idea what causes it but the only fix I can find is to Alt+f4 and reconnect. Apparently, this has managed to fly below Riot's radar but it's a very game impacting bug. Especially in a meta where plays such a heavy role. I've checked every patch note with the hopes that Riot will fix it. So far? Nothing. Well Riot, here's the alert. Please look into this (and hopefully fix it).
