Disabled skin

So, I was thinking of an annoying tank to play a few days back and the first champion to come to mind was so i go to him and the corporate skin was disabled for me. It's been this way for 5 or so days for me. i can't tell if there is a bug with the skin or it's a bug that i can't use it. I'd like to know if anyone knows what it was disabled for. I saw posts months back about invisible cleavers, but i can't see riot taking 5+ months to fix a simple bug like that.
