Particle loss and its negitivly effecting ranked games

So I'm on my way to gold before the season is over. And I've noticed that with jinx and fiddle their particles are missing.

For example jinx's w is invisible and Fiddle's crow.

The red line for jinx's w shows but the cork (it was mafia jinx, didn't see it on regular jinx) is invisible.

I tried to make a video by recorded my replay but didn't show up in lol replays :(

jinx and fiddle are not popular right now lol, use twitch, lucian, instead though

if you play with the video settings as low as possible, the AoE of Viktor's ult isn't visible, just the lightbulb above the target's head

I run on full settings and my team noticed it too and asked me to make this
