[GAMEPLAY] hacker

Uhh for the past 6-8 months now I've been dealing with some guy when I go to play league after I get a lead puts my ingame stats on the other team + theirs, today I went to play and I accidently hit ranked. So i'm here asking if I can get that match removed from the placements because the game I was playing was actually hacked. Oh and I messaged the authorities about this situation occurring since messaging you guys hasn't done anything in the past 2 years and I'm not exactly sure about how the law goes but I'm pretty sure refusing to fix this issue is pretty much discrimination and harassment. You guys can't just leave me in this situation where the other team gets a massive buff to my position in the game + their own position (a position that doesn't go along with the items/champions) as soon as I get a lead, it's kind of like saying everyone I faces gets to achieve double/triple the damage I could possibly ever get through the intended game. Also I'm still dealing with when I buy full/upgraded boots or movement speed items and the other team hasn't bought any, they get the movement speed. Thank you for your time.
