there is a reason why we have normal draft in euw and not in eune?

They removed it for your region, it's not a bug.

omg im in shock!!! i dont care for queue time i played rank with high elo and i play aram and shit the queue can be more then a 1 min and more then 4 too but we need the mode to practice as a mini rank mode its make me feels like eune is less importent then euw and its sucks the servers not need to be less good of better then the ounce near them i want to cry bec i dicided to pick eune in 2013 when i started to play the game its not fair to make main servers and lesser servers riot, i been hare for a long time, from late 2013 and i played more then 4000 games and its make me feels like you want to make me a retired player
