Vi in ARAM

I am not completely sure if this is a bug or just me. It has happened to me 2 times in aram, seeing as how I rarely even get vi but... Whenever I get vi in ARAM about halfway through the game my Q ability stops working. Usually it has to be a long game for this to happen. It took me a long time to fix it but it doesn't even get fixed when you change the spell cast to a different key( so it isn't the Q on my keyboard). What I end up having to do is ( I leave it on q) smart cast the move and use it once. Then if you don't want it to smart cast (which I don't because then it doesn't charge up) just take off smart cast and your Q will work perfectly fine. Let me know if this happens to anyone else. It is extremely annoying, especially when it happens in the middle of a team fight.
