Bad in Game suttering/lag
Last night I was playing blood moon and half way through the game or so, this lag/stuttering started happening. It does not seem to be triggered by intense combat either as just walking to lane it stutters and skips frames. It occurs on summoners rift (both blood moon/regular), howling abyss, and twisted treeline with different champs in each.
I usually was able to keep my fps between 45-60 fps at medium settings with a few programs open. Now, even low settings does not fix this issue. Haven't seen this anywhere else besides in games of league as I can watch youtube videos just fine and navigate my computer with ease.
