Leaverbuster Warning Glitch

What it looks like: The Leaverbuster Warning randomly pops up, and refuses to go away. A restart of the PVP.net client is required. (I am not a leaver, so it is not possible for this to be legitimate). I, nevertheless, typed "I Agree" and clicked the "OK" button. I did this 6 or more times. The dialog would not go away.

What happened leading up to it: I joined a lobby with three other people in it. I've been in a lobby with these same people before several times. Two of the other members left the lobby. The Owner appears to not have left the lobby. Magically, Leaverbuster Warning pops up.

Steps to reproduce: I have no clue if it's reproducible. I exited and restarted the client and joined a new lobby, which worked as expected. The Leaverbuster dialog did not appear again.

Today I got Leaverbuster punishment, because my internet was disconnected during a ranked match. No doubt my allies reported me, even though it was completely not my fault. This is the first time in like a month I've had an internet disconnection during a match, and now I'm magically a leaver for disconnecting from 1 game out of like 40 this past month. Earlier this week, though, my internet disconnected late at night (I wasn't in a match that time). This happens every now and then.

@Riotlyte: I believe this punishment is directly related to the leaverbuster bug.

UPDATE: The Leaverbuster punishment was 5 games on a "low priority" queue. This punishment was unjust, but let's first look at what happened once I completed my 5 games.

After completing the 5 games with NOT A SINGLE connection issue, leaverbuster still refuses to let me play in normal queue. It is stuck in the low-priority queue. It doesn't even notify me that I've been put on the low-priority queue, until I queue up, then it forces me to wait 5 minutes.

This is clearly not acceptable program behavior.

To be honest Internet Disconnecting is no one elses fault but yours, it even says games take 30-40 minutes do not queue up if you know you do not have that time. I would take the fight to your ISP if you really care that much.
