Anivia Q bug still not fixed

the q bug was supposed to be fixed... well. it's not. My findings:

It might have something to do with me DCing. I DCd during the game and when I came back it was nearly impossible to play her. I couldn't cast my Qs because I had to cast them in the circle range.

Theory: If you DC, the anivia q bug is still there.

And you are wrong. If you took 30 seconds to search, you would of found that it's an unintentional bug that shipped last patch. WIll be fixed on the next one.
