[Gameplay] Lux's E skillshot is invisible

Me and my friend were playing in the bot lane and the enemy team has a Lux support. Lux's E skillshot at level 1 and all the way through the game was consistently nearly invisible, with only the 'blurring' effect from the ability appear on the field, making it incredibly difficult to maneuver around. The Range Indicator for the ability was almost never present, only the area blurring that the ability produces.

This happened consistently throughout the game, as of Patch 5.5
