Teemoing shop sale giving sales for a champ i dont own

So I don't know the official rules and set up for how they give you the sales for these events but this time around it gave me a sale for battlecast kog'maw I really do enjoy playing kog and battlecast is my favorite skin line but....I simply don't own kog. I don't know if this is a bug with it or if this is simply a missed opportunity for me since I don't play enough league at the moment to get the ip to unlock kog'maw.

it add the champ to the price .... at a discounted price of course ... so if you buy this you get the champ and the skin

It's not a bug. If you don't own the champion for one of the discounted skins, then the offer comes with that champion with the same discounted price.
