Bot Lane Filter Includes Champions Other than ADC

The lane filter does not choose champions because riot decides a champion to go into a certain lane. How it works is that it organizes champions based on the amount of players that chose that champion for the role they q'ed for. As for why, the recent meta shake up nerfed "ADCs" by making crit items more expensive, infinity edge is no longer a good first buy as it was reworked to no longer double crit damage, and nerfed all their health regen and base health. Games now end quicker and "ADCs" don't have time to scale for the three item power spikes.
