The Patcher is broken for me

This started happening about 4 days ago. I sent in a support ticket and the guy said to try multiple things in which none of them worked. I have un-installed and re-installed and nothing works. I have deleted all of the files and even when through with safe mode. I cant repair the patcher because you cant click that button. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this. If so just respond to this post. Thank you

I think that may be an issue with your internet. I do not know for sure this is only my suggestion. I think this because the patcher has to load the launch button and all the information displayed. Maybe it isn't receiving the required internet speed? No idea.
