Question about PBE

I've had a PBE account for the past 3 years, always logged on during events and when new skins would come out to test them, recently logged on again, thinking I still had ougly 800k rp and 900k ip but it's all gone now. I'm sitting at 700 rp and around 25k be. I understand they dropped the amounts down because people were flooding the stores but how am I supposed to get the rest of skins i haven't unlocked yet due to them being RP and not BE?
