I know it was considered a bug, but I consider it a bug that it doesn't work. Let Zac laugh during his passive again god dammit. I demand it. I'm sure if anyone actually played Zac they'd demand it too. Plz do this small little simple fan service to the Zac players that have been neglected for so long.

They wouldn't add a mechanic like that who's only purpose was to taunt.
