Abilities Not Firing

Alright, so i was playing a game earlier, playing Katarina (no skin), and about half an hour into the game, and i noticed that while i was farming minions, my q wasn't firing; I was using the keyboard, i hit the q button, and the blue circle appeared around me. I clicked the minion again, and the circle went away, acting as if the move was activated; but the minion took no damage, there was no mark left, and there was visibly no dagger thrown. I tried again with my mouse. Clicked the q icon, blue circle, click minion. Nothing. My w worked, the spin was normal. My E fired, i could jump like normal. I got near an an enemy, tried my q, nothing. Tried to ult; nothing. if i tried to ult while not near an enemy, it said i couldn't use it. I tried using my mouse while near an enemy; no ult. OK, quick bug, it'll be gone in a moment. Hit B; no recall. Tried again, tried with mouse. Both my summoner spells worked. But not Q, no R, no B. I tried all three mouse and keyboard. Needless to say, as we were losing, my team assumed I was lying and making excuses. I probably got reported for yelling at them and at Riot, but i missed some good opportunities to turn the game around as i was useless aside from jump to them and run away.
