Bugs+loss=loss forgiven?

If there is a bug and the enemy team unintentionally takes advantage of it does the team which lost because of the bug get a loss forgiven because of an unfair match? I had an Azir in my last game who wrecked baron in less than 5 seconds and wrecked everyone, probably because of the bug. Can all those effected negatively by the bug get a loss forgiven or something? Or does it not really matter?

I just watched the game and 4 of you got caught and died, then the Azir went to baron with his team. It would of died whether the bug was there or not. Your mid laner was 2/11 by 20 minutes in and you had a support Illaoi. Azir bugged and him killing baron a little quicker was not why you lost this game.
