Ekko passive doesnt proc on devourer
just wondering why ekko's passive doesn't proc on sated. Ive tweeted riot support a few times and they sent me here. I see no reason why it shouldn't. Certain champs like xin Zhao and aatrox proc their healing on their sated hit and champs like master yi and shyvana lower cd's on their q's with sated. so riot why doesn't ekko's passive proc on sated?
