Cannot see any Jungle Camp Icons [GamePlay]

i cannot see any camp jungle icons which denote when the camps are up anywhere on the map, i can see plant icons, but not jungle icons. any ideas as to why this is happening? its when i came back to league this happened, i used to have them before i quit.

I also have uninstalled reinstalled updated drivers with no luck

on a side note i read Dxdiag can help you guys figure this out i saved one but i see no where to attach it
