Queue timers messed up?

For the past week, me and a friend have had horrible aram timers. Approx says around 1 minute, sit in queue for 7-8 mins, it pops but someone (not one of us) fail to accept, then normally it should pop almost instantly - but instead 9-10 mins of waiting. When we finally get in, someone leave the last second, and the queue goes on for another 6-7 mins. At this point we're fed up and requeue, and some times get a pop after 1 min like it says but rinse and repeat, someone doesnt accept/leaves the game and we are stuck again. We are lvl 23 and 30, but get in with 95% lvl 30s anyways, week before this we didnt have this problem at all. Neither of us have had any leaver buster warnings/penalties.

Anyone else have issues with queue timers lately?
