why is this in report a bug
Mojave supports both OpenGL as well as 32-bit apps. So that's a non-issue under Mojave.
MacOS 10.15 will no longer support 32-bit apps... but OpenGL apps will still run. As OpenGL is deprecated, not removed.
Apple said four years ago that the end of 32-bit application support was coming. This isn't anything new. Most developers have already ported to 64-bit or have the port in the works.
The one, very legitimate reason to not upgrade to Mojave (yet)... is that League does not ask MacOS permission to use the microphone. And because the app doesn't properly ask permission, mic use is denied by the OS. Once Riot patches their game to properly ask the OS for permission, it will be a non-issue.
The issues you are dealing with are not because "Mojave sucks"... it's because lazy-a** developers haven't upgraded their apps to the new OS requirements.

My screen just goes dark after champ select, pretty sure it because of Mojave, Riot need to step it's game up.
Mojave update 10.14.1 causes Mac Users to "disconnect" even though everything else works. Disconnecting and reconnecting solves the issue, but there is still a 5-10 second window where you cannot move (because ur disconnecting and reconnecting).
There are also recording issues. You can't record using the league highlight recording software.
