Blitz pull bug?

In the video, you can see the blitz hook reach past a group of 3 minions to reach Vayne, and then once Vayne tumbles away (which looks like the hook should have hit her anyway), the hook retargets onto the middle minion. In game it was really fast but I knew that looked weird. I brushed it off, just thinking a minion was just directly in front of her and I didn't realize it, but it happened multiple times throughout the game. Where it would look like it's about to hit Vayne, then hook a minion it has already passed.
