Spectator Ult Cooldown Error

Very Minor Visual Glitch where ults on cooldown have a trailing white block over the ultimate icon that follows behind the line representing the time until the ult is back up. Link shows what it looks like, but here is a second one that blows up the images so you can see what it looks like easier.
